Galaxy is a web interface designed to give access to bioinformatics tools with a graphical interface instead of the command line.
Its purpose is to facilitate the utilisation of bioinformatics software by non-expert in computational biology.
For this course, we will use the Galaxy instance hosted on Institut Pasteur servers.
If you have no account on Galaxy Pasteur, you need to create one.
Connect to https://galaxy.pasteur.fr/
Go to the “Login or Register” Menu
Fill the information with your Pasteur email address (or your usual work email for non-Pasteurians).
Submit the form
Please register only one account (multiple accounts are tracked and deleted and so are underlying data) - should you have a doubt, it is recommended you try to reset your password first.
