Although most exercises are based on biological data, this course will not focused on how to analyse data.
Recommended Background

Unix II
The aim of this course is to make you a unix "power user".
About the Course
We will tackle several common problems on unix systems:
finding files, filtering and sorting results,
launching bioinformatics programs on IP central resources...
Although most exercises are based on biological data, this course will not focused on how to analysed data.
Recommended Background
The audience needs to have some basic knowledge of unix (equivalent to unix-I course)
